We’re happy to report that despite the hustle and bustle, there were minimal human injuries. All our all calves are accounted for and happily reunited with their moms. While it was undoubtably a long day, filled with hard work and dedication, the satisfactions of a job well done made it all worth it. After a busy morning of branding task, we gathered for a shared lunch.  A time-honored tradition where we swap stories, share laughs and relive the moments of the day.  As the afternoon unfolded, it was time to bid farewell to our claves and their mothers as they ventured out into the first summer pastures.  Seeing them happily β€œmother up” and grazing contentedly in the sunshine was a perfect ending to a successful day.  A special shoutout to Sonia for capturing the essence of the day with her incredible photography skills.
